I was at LSE just off Aldwych for three years, and often took a stroll across the bridge for the views. The skyline has changed somewhat since the late 70s/early 80s, but still this bridge offers some of the finest views in London, both during...More

Not the prettiest bridge and very busy with traffic, but it does have lovely views, particularly of Westminster, Houses of Parliament, Somerset House and The London Eye. And all the ladies can pretend they're Bridget Jones when they walk across it!!

The bridge itself is spectacular. But more than that, the views are fantastic. The Thames, the London Eye and the Big Ben with the Palace of Parliament look great from the Waterloo Bridge. Is was one of my favourite spots in the city.
