ZSL was a brilliant visit for our group. The zoo itself was easy to navigate - although it did fool us into thinking it was a lot smaller than in actual fact. It was clean, tidy throughout, and spacious enough to not feel that we...More

Took grandchildren for half term and unfortunately still wildly expensive, admission and souvenir shop. Some renovations still in progress but it didn’t dampen our visit...the children adored seeing the gorillas. A good day out

A good day out. Easy to get to by public transport and well signposted. Zoo itself was very good, well laid out and well kept. As with all things London, it’s on the pricey side. The food being no exception. But that too was good...More

We've visited the zoo in the begining of summer and I absolutely loved it. If im not in a mistake ticket was £30 per person. Can seem a bit pricey but I think its worth it because of all the effort that has been put...More

Loved the zoo - got so close to the Lions, Tigers, Monkeys, Sloth! Great zoo to spend the day, lovely and flat for walking around. The underpass also has fab mosaic style artwork.

An abandoned zoo.that charges outrageous prices for entrance. The image and feeling of abandonment is prevalent all over the place. No penguins there ! Aquarium was dirty and with the most common fish you could see anywhere. The walk however pleasant but not pleasant at...More

Lot of complaints on here about the cost but it’s reasonable! Take Tussaud’s. £130 for 2 hours for a family of 4. Here, £80 for a day out and much more entertaining. For a start, you don’t have to queue for 3 hours ! Cost...More

Disappointed, and would recommend that someone either invests much money into London Zoo (Staff, Animals and Organisation) or to it shut down. Not worth the money. Once you're in there, you can't find your way to get out unless you have a map to show...More

My wife and I spent the day at London Zoo and had a great time. It was the first time my wife had been to a Zoo (not counting aquariums) and it was certainly one of the better ones I have been to so I...More
