Definitely worth a visit, for the charming atmosphere and the multi-colored selection of restaurants. However, restaurants are not always up to the expectations, let alone the cash-only predominant policy. Fruit and vegetables are overpriced.

If its midweek, I would suggest between 10.00am and 2.00pm as all businesses should be open without the crowds that are popular on the weekend. If you do go on the weekend between 8.00am and 11.00am or after 3.00pm
