Booking our tour was easy online and the communication was prompt and clear from first inquiry to the very end. Our driver and guide Johny kept us entertained the entire trip, and gave the group options for spending our time in Bath. The secret place was awe inspiring. We had plenty of time to enjoy and marvel at Stonehenge. It... More

We had a great time traveling from London to Stonehenge and Bath, and the Secret Place. Colin was very knowledgeable and funny; he had lots of stories about all the places we drove through--which musicians lived where, who owned what buildings, and the histories of Stonehenge and Bath. He also played wonderfully appropriate music--e.g., Peter Gabriel's song Solsbury Hill as... More

The driver was a delight. Very knowledgeable man but most importantly has an absolutely cheerful character... something I suspect that will be hard to find somewhere else!

I was traveling with my mother and sister, my first time to the UK. The tour guide, Colin was amazing! The bus was roomy and comfortable. We chatted and listened throughout the ride. Stonehenge was surreal. Bath was beautiful. The secret place was a winner! We all loved it so much that we are planning to take 3 more tours... More

We can't say enough about our wonderful day. I think our tour guide and driver was Colin. He was great fun and we enjoyed his good humor and inside information about being a Londoner. Stonehenge, Bath and then the Secret place. Very affordable, reliable, knowledgeable and one heck of a good time. It is a full day of adventure.

Not really being "tour" people, but wanting an easy day to visit both Stonehenge and Bath, we found this company taking small groups and decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did! Johny was our guide, funny, slightly irreverent, and full of knowledge! The small bus was new and very comfortable. The amount of time was... More

My husband and I went on the day trip to Stonehenge and Bath. Our tour guide Andrew was entertaining and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the smaller size of the tour (15 people). I would highly recommend The English Bus tour company and would travel with them enjoy!

It's taken me way too long to write this, but I just had to. Our group of 4 was in London for a few days last September and I spent a very significant amount of time researching tours and trying to figure out what our best options were. After reading many reviews, I decided that taking a small tour to... More

Staying in Southbank

Neighbourhood Profile
Southbank
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
