Got tickets to see Seventeen at the Lyric Hammersmith and was very pleased that we chose to eat at the Lyric Bar & Grill before the performance. The food was fresh, healthy and delicious and the service was fast and friendly. The vegetarian burger was a huge hit as were the fresh salads, which made a very welcome change from... More

I visited the Lyric to see "Seventeen" (an usual production) and was greeted by smiley and welcoming staff, in fact all the staff I encountered were vibrant, helpful and smiley, so top marks there. To me The Lyric is one of those "smart buildings" with full accessibility, lifts and ramps, airy, spacious eatery, outdoor space on the "roof" mixed with... More

This is a beautiful theatre on the western end of London. It is actually a theatre centre where a beautiful ancient theatre was moved and rehoused within a modern building. It offers a community theatre company that is well heeled within the London West End theatre league, but offers its very own season and houses a theatre school for children... More

We went to see Seventeen, but really struggled with it. The cast list comprises an utterly implausible mix of school leavers ranging from the leading character, whose skanky vocabulary was dominated by variations on the 'F' word, to a demure, queen's English accented, somewhat sensitive, lady who ends up taking pity on the bloke who sleeps rough in the park... Inside the modern shell is a perfect Frank Matcham interior. The preview prices are really good value, we had seats in a box for £15. The staff all seem friendly, had lovely pot of tea in the bar.

Had a great evening watching this fantastic play. Enjoyed a quick bite and drink upstairs before hand. There were some younger audience members who were quite excitable but seemed to just be very into the story.

Went with my family to watch Fantastic Mr Fox. The show was great and we all were laughing throughout the performance. Handy snack bar which is not too busy. Located close to the shops and the station. Great evening out.

A great half term afternoon spent at the Lyric with my 4 year old, who was absorbed by all the acting, in this wonderfully retold classic story of Roald Dahl'..

Went with my children and another family to watch Fantastic Mr Fox. Lovely theatre with a restaurant and rooftop garden. Conveniently located opposite Hammersmith station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Show was simply fantastic leaving the kids and us adults with a desire to watch it again. Lovely evening out!!!
