I have read a review that someone paid 43 euros for a very short taxi ride in the city centre. This I fail to believe. For my recent trip, on line I found that prices for private taxis meet and greet, from airport to the hotel (Mercure Raphael , Westbahnhof) cost less than for a taxi ride same distance in Athens and they vary from 25 to 35 euros..If I can use the name of the limo service with perfect punctuality from and return to airport we used Coolcab company at a cost of 25 euros each way...Excellent value...

Kingstone to London Gatwick

We are a family of four persons and we have used their service to go from Kingstone to London Gatwick Airport. The car was in a very good condition and the driver very polite. It is highly recommended

Wanted to provide quick feedback regarding transfer.
Have to say i used it for first time and was afraid to buy it trough Ryanair well eventually decided to make transfer appointment to reach destination not sharing transport with others. Yes selfish but why not.
I landed with 45 min delay and and had concerns what happens when there is such a case. So immediately called office to speak about the flight being delayed and they explained they monitore flights and that obviously sometimes they cannot hold driver for lifetime and maybe some changes can be made but was not the case, driver was near airport and i was lining up for customs,so received phone call then later on from driver i guess he wanted to be sure when to enter arrivals so as i was grabbing bags i sad i suppose to be out shortly so made arrangements to meet him in 10 15 min at arrivals hall near money excgange had few minutes so grabbed coffee and he was already there. The rest is already history, so my overall review is that communication is flawless, driver and car was in good shape, which i understood from driver are very carefully regulated by government.
Enjoy the ride make sure you always call for quick chat if any information is requested and just use the safe ride.

Absolutely horrendous -- avoid at all costs

Company is absolutely horrendous. They never organized a pick up time with me so I assumed they knew what they were doing and everything would be fine. We had to get through customs and wait for our luggage. If they had contacted me or had known that people traveling internationally need more time then perhaps everything would be fine. They did not provide sufficient time for me to do this and just left me at the airport!! Anthony, the operations manager, was completely unhelpful. They did not try to reach me, or email me, or do anything. I sent a text to the number provided by the company while in line for immigration but there was no response (you can’t make calls).

They left me at the airport and did not provide any refund. Avoid at all costs. I travel all the time and frequently take airport transfers and this was the first time ever that I had a problem. There was no communication about pickup details or directions given to me.

They claim my phone didn't work but I was making and receiving calls the entire time. I also tried to call and text them but the phone line was busy or I didn't receive a response.

Anthony doesn’t know his own terms of service. This is taken directly from his website:

4.5. Driver will be sent inside the airport 45 min after landing for long haul flights and 30min after landing for short haul flights. In both cases driver will wait in arrival hall for 45min.

There was nothing about waiting for an hour. He left earlier (if he came at all).

Take an Uber or go through someone else. They won't communicate at all with you and DON'T GIVE REFUNDS.

Dear Mr.Dickson! Please see our official reply to TFL (Transport for London) on your complaint about our service provided to you. - start of the letter - Dear Team! Our partner Cartrawler - from which we received this booking Flight FR1833 landed on 21.07 at 13:05. The driver arrived at the airport at 12:40. As we were not able to reach client over the phone as number provided in booking was invalid we sent driver inside the arrival hall at 14:05 to check if anyone is looking and would recognize his name on drivers name-board. All this time we did not receive any calls from passengers. As by our agreement with Cartrawler transfer price includes 1h of waiting. After 10-12min of waiting inside the arrival hall, we made the decision to mark this transfer as no-show as no calls were received from clients and their provided phone number was invalid. The driver was assigned to another job and at 14:24 he left airport parking with a new assignment. We received a call from a passenger at 14:25 from different phone number, we explained the situation and advised clients to contact the company with whom they made booking to ask about refund options as we are not aware of their procedures in such situations, but we outlined that normally chances of receiving refund is very slim as in most cases if waiting time exceeds 1h and it is not possible to contact with client than transfers are marked as no-show without refund. We could not turn driver around as he was already assigned for another job and also we did not have any available vehicle at that time by the Stansted airport. Passengers stated that they had long immigration line, but they could not answer why they did not try to reach us earlier to inform about the delay in passport control as they had our office number in their voucher. Client is pointing on our terms and conditions in complain, but we already discussed this with client that he can not take into consideration our terms and conditions as he did not book transfer directly with us, but with Ryanair, who is cooperating with Cartrawler who in turn cooperating with us and therefore they need to look in policy of company with whom they made the booking and not at the company’s policy who is providing service. The client started to spam our inbox with refund requests and also spread false allegations in the web about our company. Later he even started to blackmail us with threats that if we will not provide refund he will continue to spam us, ask all his friends to write reviews about our company on google and that he will continue to do it till we provide a refund. In return for a refund, he promised to remove all his and his friend's reviews on Google. We ignored his threats and advised to contact his company several times. - end of the letter - As you see all this situation happened because you were: 1. Unreachable; 2. Unaware of terms&conditions for your booking (key factors: unawareness of how long waiting time is included in the price, what to do if it's exceeded, your responsibilities during airport transfer - yes, you also have responsibilities, such as informing transport company if you have any delay inside the airport (long line in passport control, waiting for luggage etc.)) Good Luck and stay safe in your future travels Mr.Dickson.
