Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I always love to explore vintage markets in London. Saw this flea market on facebook and decided to pay a visit.

The flea market is smaller than expected. There are around 12 stalls - vintage clothing, furnitures, accessories, posters and records. The venue is small, too many stuffs and people that make me hard to move.

I wouldn't recommend this unless you are in that area or walk pass it. There are bigger vintage markets in other place which are better.

It is too small to be worth to go to the area, but if you are already there, why not. Friendly sellers. Moderate prices.

It seems Hackney flea market is held in various locations, on various weekends. I visited their Stoke Newington one in Abney Hall. It was FAR smaller than I expected, only 1 floor in a school type hall. Everything was crammed in, making it difficult to walk about without either bumping into other people or tables. Mainly retro vases, kitchen ware, clothing etc. Some rather tatty and dusty, and very few things had prices- which really annoys me. Its an expensive, vintage market, not flea market. There is Princess May school car boot not far away, which equally sells vintage, but is 3x the size and has far better prices. The only good thing was that its free, and had toilets downstairs.

Great little flea market. Picked up a great broiderie Anglaise dress for about 25/35 q quid at the last one and found good birthday presents. Always fun.

This has so much potential but the organiser is so greedy that stalls are crammed in, very messy unlike other vintage fairs I have seen.

We didn't mind queuing long time outside the Earth in Dalston on the 16th/04 but they were making so so much money charging entry that the small place became a sardine tin, very bad lighting, no ventilation and felt like a stampede was about to happen. We were just being pushed by the crowd that we couldn't even stop at any stall to check what they have, my girlfriend got claustrophobic and we had to leave. They shouldn't have allowed so many people in for the safety of every one

Lots of vintage clothing and jewelry, a few records, posters, and various bric-a-brac at this small antiques/vintage market.
