Our diver picked us up with time to spare. We had concerns after reading stories from other companies but not so for us. Our driver was early, drove safely, in a clean black Mercedes Benz Van. We arrived early to the cruise terminal and he gave direction to where we should go.

We used Airport Pickups London twice in the past month. Both pickups were on time; their prices were reasonable, and communication was clear and helpful. The first ride was from LHR to central London. Excellent driver (Ishmael?) and a spacious SUV. The second transfer took us from London to the cruise port In Southampton. The driver was fine, but the back seat of an older, small Mercedes sedan was not that comfortable for a two hour ride. At any rate, I would recommend this company for your transport needs. 4.5 stars.

Was both met at airport and returned three days later to Heathrow. Our plane was on time (BA, only an hour from Edinburgh to London) but the bags took an ADDITIONAL two hours to be delivered, but our driver patiently waited. Took a Mercedes station wagon back, very professional. Much less than Uber or a cab and they meet you with a sign!

The whole booking process is easy. The driver was very polite and he arrived to pick us up 10 minutes ahead of time. The online tracking gave me peace of mind as I know ahead of time when the car would arrive. The trip is comfortable and the driver helped us to load and unload our luggage.

The taxi arrived in pouring rain slightly ahead of time to take me to Heathrow airport. It was dark and with the driving rain it was a difficult driving experience but he was careful while still getting me to my destination on time. He made the journey less of a chore. Great service.

I had an incredibly smooth experience with Airport Pickups London. They caught a discrepancy in my flight details, which led me to discover that my airline had cancelled my flight! I had additional complications during my travels - the Customer Service person with whom I spoke was responsive, accommodating and kind. Finally, the driver who picked me up was punctual, communicative over text and personable. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Good driver, good car. Would have rated it a five if he was waiting on me. I didnt have to wait long after I exited immigration, maybe 10-15 minutes . There were about 25 drivers with signs and mine wasnt one of them.

We made it through customs and immigration very quickly and were available early. Our driver was flexible and able to pick us up earlier than scheduled. The ride was very comfortable and our driver was courteous and highly professional. A very enjoyable trip.
