We bought a family river roamer day pass (for 2 adults and 3 children) which was perfect for a day getting to and from East Greenwich. It was a scenic trip and very relaxing. The seats were comfortable, there was food/beverages available for sale on board, as well as a clean public restroom. It was a very relaxing way to... More

We used the Clipper to get from Greenwich Village back to Westminster Pier - very quick method of travel with plenty of stops in between - nice for a change and avoiding traditional buses / tube trains. The clipper was very comfortable and sold a selection of snacks and beverages and has toilet facilities. Uses the oyster card / contactless... More

Excellent service. Very efficient and on time. Simply the only way to travel down the Thames to the O2. Will be travelling with these guys again.

Found the Thames Clipper when we visited the 02 and lots of stops to hop on and hop off when you want to, especially if your wanting to do a lot of touristy things in London. The clipper is fast there is an enclosed warm area to travel with an area for refreshments etc and an area at the back... More

A good way to see London from the water which provides a different perspective. The boat is comfortable and has some snacks and beverages on board although they are expensive.

On a busy day out in London this was definitely one of the highlights. Was a sunny clear day so could sit at the back of the boat outside which is great fun. Went on the trip that stops at several locations along the way from North Greenwich to Westminster Pier. Would definitely recommend, especially on a sunny warm day.... More

I visit London regularly but have only just discovered this excellent and enjoyable mode of transport. It's a regular service (about every 15 mins) up and down the Thames with numerous pick-up points. No pre-booking is necessary. Use your Oyster Card or debit card on scanner.

Fast boats that is all. Unable to see out of windows too dirty. Cost us £30 just from O2 to Greenwich could of got a black cab for half that. A bit of a rip off!! Sort this out I would love to use this a lot more and it's very well organised but don't price yourselves out for locals... More

We tried to use the clippers during the Easter weekend - the staff at boarding were not helpful. We had to wait in line for an hour and a half and when we kept asking when the next boat would be due ( it advertises every 15 minutes) we were told it was bank holiday weekend so the timetable means... We thank you for your taking time to provide feedback and are sorry that your experience with MBNA Thames Clippers was marred for waiting times. The service is popular with commuters and leisure travellers alike and this Easter weekend with The Tall Ships Festival coinciding has led to unprecedented demand. Most services were running close to the timetable but regrettably,... More
