With so much history this pub was not as expected. The place as a venue looks pretty good but the bar itself is bland & uninspiring. Not bad, just underwhelming.

Great venue, staff very friendly and pub seems well run, we had lunch which was very tasty and presented well. Most importantly the beer was great 👍🏻

Went for lunch. Food was good but slow to arrive (they did just open) staff were friendly. They had good variety with some light options
