Great little traditional pub in the heart of the city centre. Friendly staff. Excellent quality beers. Great relaxing atmosphere. Even has immaculately clean toilets. Well worth a visit.

A proper typical English pub with a very friendly atmosphere serving a good range of real ales , wines and well presented food served by very friendly bar staff . We always call in this pub when in Liverpool what an oasis .

Plenty of good pubs in Liverpool but this is the best in my view. Immaculate little gem and friendly staff and all the regulars speak to newcomers. It's like pubs used to be. Just at the side of M&S if you need to ask where...More

Been visiting this cosy nook for around 15 years. Just love it class service from beautiful ladies. Perfect pint. Wine or real ale. Superb toasties. And breakfast. Never want to leave. Just adore this oldy worldy bit of magic

Dont take my word for it, the warmest welcome in town, sit a while and meet great people, a husbands hangout right next to M&S.
