Visiting both John and Paul's homes was moving and informative. Comparing the two highlights the differences in their family backgrounds - and rather gives the lie to John claiming working class hero status! The tour guides at both spots are fantastic - great stories to...More

This tour goes to John's house, then over to Paul's House. The tour guides are totally knowledgeable, they know the Beatles families, it's amazing. You can't take pictures inside the homes, but you get a nice guidebook as a souvenir at the end. If you're...More

Loved visiting this house, National Trust tour of the entire place top to bottom. The kitchen and front room were my favorites.

Stopped as part of our Fab Four taxi tour to see this rather nice semi-detached house, which seemed to offer a little stability in the turbulent early years of John's life. Nice blue plaque on the wall - apparently the house can have one because...More

Saw the house from outside, quite expensive to visit inside, so unless you are a major John Lennon fan quite pricey for a relat7small house

Even as the casual Beatles fan traveling with the more intense Beatles fan, I really, really appreciated the National Trust Tour and the stop here at Mendips. It's amazing how everything is put together just as it was when Lennon was a boy. It's like...More
