This is an absolute must for any fab four fan - the host is really knowledgeable and tells lots of anecdotes about Paul and his family. Paul now tells anecdotes about her - he mentioned at his Echo area concert that on his recent visit...More

This is Paul McCartney's childhood home. Much more happy than John's home, I think. There was love there, and I felt it. Growing up in a musical family made Paul the musician he is. If you love the Beatles, this tour is so worth taking...More

Full access into Paul McCartney's childhood home. A must see! Furnished as it was when he lived there, full of his brother's personal photos, history preserved.

If I had known we could have toured inside with advanced booking, I would have gone for it. But in any case, this was a stop on our one-day cruise port in Liverpool, through a 1-day Beatles tour. The tour was amazing, and my Father-in-Law,...More

It’s Paul McCartney’s childhood home. What more can be said? If you’re a fan, it’s a must see. We were picked up near the Albert Docks by the NT van. Very friendly and cheerful driver drove us to John’s house (another review) and said he’d...More

Small group guided tours because house rooms are small. Photo ops outside before entering. No photos once inside, but you will be able to buy photo cards at tour end. Very good presentation as you walk through the home. Then you will have an opportunity...More

stopped by here on a tour so never actually went in, it is owned by the National Trust and costs £24 to go in and loom around, which seems a bit steep,

Stopped as part of our Fab Four taxi tour. Good to see where the Master lived. Nothing pretentious, but the neat and tidy property of a proud family. Outside only as the National Trust weren't playing ball today.

We visited this and Mendips as part of the National Trust Tour. Again, it felt like going back in time in this house. I was especially surprised that we were allowed to touch things (like how about the piano that Paul played a few weeks...More

We visited this house as part of the official National Trust tour of both this and John Lennon's homes. Our guide was well informed, and appeared on James Corden's show with Paul. Her commentary was laid back and interesting. There were restrictions on photographs so...More

I think you have to be a member of the National Trust. Only did the Magical Mystery Tour which visits Forthlin Road but you can't go in. Entry is with National Trust only. Hope this helps.

You should be able to book online, but not on the day itself. This caught me out, so I turned up at the meeting point and there was thankfully space for me to join.
