Took my 6 year old son both him and myself loved it. The planetarium experience is amazing. Also if you visit once you get a free annual pass for each ticket!.

£15 for adults, £12 for kids over 5, once you buy the ticket you will also get a free 12 month annual pass. Enjoy.

I believe it is heated. We went last month and there were a lot of people carrying their coats or jackets. I can't say for sure though. I haven't been during winter yet.

Depends on which Centre Park you are visiting. I had a look on Google Maps and the closest seems to be Sherwood Forest, which is around an hour away.
