Located a few minutes away from the bustling red hill roundabout, this rural haven is nestled in a conservation area. The house itself is stooped in history and the surrounding area has a park, a church and a pub 'the Talbot,' we visited the hall for the bird of prey day which was fantastic. The food festival happens almost every year it is a great place to come to and sample the great food a drink that local businesses have to offer they have some great food...lovely cakes....beer /cider and ice cream to name but a few. Belgrave gardens are just beautiful good for children and adults to have a walk around there's Information... More

They do a super Teddy Bear's picnic day here for the children. They house is interesting and the gardens quite delightful.

I have been here many times, the last autumn there was a fete there and many different stalls with food available, it was expensive but very good.

Different events throughout the year much larger than it looks from the outside, interesting gardens lots of plants

took the grandchildren for a wander round the house and garden. we all enjoyed it very much, I did read up about the house so told them stories in each room to either scare them or just to give them info of the era that the house represents. we had a few ooos and wows it was very good.

Belgrave Hall isn't really a museum any more. Leicester City Council have run the place into the ground. It is only open on Wednesdays during the summer and on the first Saturday and Sunday of each month in the summer, so is closed most of the time and only available for private hire as a conference or wedding venue, which... More

We spent an afternoon here. There was a variety of snacks and drinks for sale. There was access to all rooms with a brief historical description also a video to view. The gardens are well kept and interesting.

If you like looking around old houses then this is a must for you to visit, located a couple of miles from the town centre there is lots to look at and the gardens are pleasant
