Situated out of town next to the space museum this is certainly worth a visit. It’s free, interesting and has a mix of exhibits from transport, sewage and some history of Leicester

Interesting and free. This is right next to the Space Centre so it is worth a walk round. There are lots of exhibits and an opportunity to walk around the old pumping equipment. Far better than I was expecting!

Not just a museum of poo. The history of baths. The sewerage system and the inventors. The well kept and impressive pumps and building. The kids loved putting the false poo down the toilet and watching it go threw the Perspex pipe. And it’s free
