Visited Sandcastle Waterpark a fair few times now and we really enjoy it. The waterslides are great, especially Aztec Falls & Masterblaster. Just remember that you have to buy the extra Hyper-zone wristband for most of the big slides which is a bit extra but...More

This has to be the best waterpark in the UK. Every member of staff is friendly and clearly has a sense of pride in the place. The Waterpark is spotless (which can't be an easy task) and the changing room facilities are superb. Take the...More

Lifeguard Lee (Ginger with glasses) ruined our experience here, not helpful & very sarcastic. Needs training in customer services and to learn some manors

Half term with grandchildren and they love water. Just couldn't keep up with them. They had a fabulous morning. Hardest thing was dragging them out.

Spent the day here with my daughter, wonderful place to come. Great rides, good food, great staff & always clean & tidy even in peak season. Ten out of ten!

The spa was a bit disappointing but generally we enjoyed it. Food was reasonable and not horrifically priced. We found that it was busy but would probably have been worse during the holidays.

Called in for a cuppa and a cake on a very wet October day. Drink were fine and served by friendly staff. It was crowded and I think a lot of people had come in to get out of the rain.

I can't comment on the actual waterpark as I never actually got to see it. This review therefore is more about facilities for non-swimmers. My husband, myself, my 20 year old cousin, my 5 year old daughter and my 6 year old niece came to...More
