It's not a bad size car park, and it's a nice walk along the river Derwent, Which is good if you want to walk into Cockermouth town centre.

A lovely walk to the end of here by the rivers edge, the dogs love it too and enjoy going for the occasional swim in the river.

This walk was enhanced by the very sunny weather. The repairs to the footpaths are still waiting to be completed after the floods in December 2015. The rivers Derwent and Cocker meet here and there were children and adults enjoying spending time in the river...More
