Took my son here for a walk, bird watching and play. Enjoyable experience but there was a lot of dog poo around unfortunately.

Poor signage led me to receive a parking ticket, I just did not see any signs requesting payment. Parking is free outside the car park!!!

Such a wonderful location. So much to see. Invest in good binoculars and make the most of the surroundings. Dozens of varieties of birds visit the bay all year round and you'll possibly get the chance to see the seals.

its about 3-4 per day ..at machines...the place you maybe thinking of is the access to Sandwich Bay private estate..the ones with the golf courses....this is further along..access is near the old power station
