Dover White Cliff Tours offers sight seeing tours in and around Dover.

Take a novelty 40 minute boat ride around Dover's bay, on a historical wooden boat built in 1935. On the trip you will receive a commentary from the captain and any children who want to will be invited up to steer the boat.

Or take a short bus ride up into Dover's Cliffs to see some amazing hidden history:

St Martin's gun battery (WWII defensive structure), the Drop Redoubt (one of the biggest Napoleonic fortifications in Europe), Dover's historic town and much more; all with a running commentary. Get the chance to stand on the white cliffs and walk off into the sun.

Boat and bus ride to and around the cliffs. Overall a pleasant trip.

Disappointing is the word. They only take you around the harbour, so you only see what you can see from the promenade. The white Cliffs of Dover are around a couple of miles from Dover, so If you are expecting to see the white Cliffs of Dover, what you can only see in open sea, far from the harbour, don't... More

20 pounds pax for boat and bus ride. A decent trip for the price you pay. Richard the captain was a kind gentleman. He let me steer the boat for a while. Its just a ride within a cordoned off area within the harbour. Boat trip does not go out the the Straits of Dover though.Overall a pleasant trip.

As asked, we called the captain the day of our scheduled tour — 10 times, in fact. He never answered once, and several times it didn't even have a voicemail option. We understand that trips are weather dependent and would have understood if he had answered to say "no trips today," but we never even got that courtesy. It's been... More

Lovely fully loaded bacon roll before our boat trip which was a very good experience. Good views of the cliffs and Dover Castle and a very informative historical commentary from the Captain. Overall a great experience and worth the money.

Great quick trip around the harbor so you can see the cliffs and Dover Castle. Stayed inside harbor so it was fairly calm. If you want a longer open ocean cruise this is not for you. Friendly people and a good price for what you get. Exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend.

The cliffs are amazing but go for a walk in stead of this scam. The departure was late. They just saw you a bit that you can perfectly see from the ground. To be honest the tour operator and the girl who was with him were very nice but it wasn't worth it. The cafe on the entrance was dirty.

The place is quiet, great sightings, the landscape was very fresh and natural, really beautiful to just sit, and eat food while your there.

This is the first negative review we have placed on TripAdvisor, but thought it important to inform fellow TA’s of the future. We were recently in England and whilst in London felt we would like to travel down to Dover to see the iconic White Cliffs. We had previously perused this “White Cliffs Boat Tours” on TA with amusement noting... More

We have enjoyed the people of England and have done many tours during our 10 days here. We had heard about Dover Castle and the white cliffs of Dover and thought it would be a good way to wrap up our trip. The castle and cliffs are amazing, not to be missed but AVOID this tour operator. Like the other... More

On our last day in England we wanted a local to show us around Dover. The name is miss leading because he said we could only spend 15 minutes to look around the white cliffs. These are one of the great parts of Dover and we only spend 15 minutes there. Then at the castle he wanted us to spend... More
