Visited the Pentagon centre for the first time today. Charged for parking, but disappointed to find they charge for using the toilets. Lakeside shopping centre is bigger, cleaner and parking and toilets are free. Will not go back.

It is a good mall in chatham for bad weather as its covered. A shopping centre with a variety of mid to lower end shops and a few cafe's under one roof. No free parking!

As a centre of town shopping centre it is OK car parking is easy and not to expensive. Could do with another ticket machine in centre as queue builds up and can cost you an extra hour. Shops clean as is the centre.
