Visited Howletts this week and was very disappointed - very expensive and far too many empty cages. The refreshments were also expensive - large cappuccino was the size of a teacup and cost £3.

We bought a yearly ticket for this park, have visited 5 times through out the year. Our two children under 5 have loved coming back to see the spring babies and the leaves all changing colours in the seasons. Def recommend picnic as the food...More

I have visited this park several times and never tire of seeing the animals. The gorilla enclosures are especially something special. I have sat for several hours just watching their antics.

Yes and it has to be pre booked as only limited numbers can go in. But they do have free talks near the elephants sometimes so maybe you'll be able to hear that?
