We booked on the Internet for the morning tour, small group of about 8 people led by guide Jenny. She was knowledgeable, amusing and approachable, and we learned loads about the city and its history that we would probably never had known otherwise.

We were spellbound from the start. Jane was a fabulous guide....full of facts and info, told in such a personable way. She really made it come alive. The tour costs £7.50 and was worth every penny!

An excellent walking tour, one and a half hours at a gentle pace. The guide was helpful, knowledgeable and humorous. An excellent introduction to a famous city.

We felt we should take a guided walking tour on a two day break to Canterbury and what a good decision this was . Our guide Phil, an enthusiastic historian himself, eloquently brought to life the machinations around Thomas Becket and other characters. This guide...More
