If you decide to go for a long walk along the beach, stop at any of the beach cafe's for a light lunch or coffee. You would surely enjoy the scenery and sounds sitting at the edge of the sea.

I walked west from Grange Chine near Brighstone to Brook Bay. The walking is easy with no major ups and downs. Very pleasant walking with good views both out to sea and inland.
