This is a beautiful harbour . My favourite place in the world. The staff are always helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend it you anyone . Although today was very windy and cold, it was still breathtaking
What is a lovely place to stay for a few days is spoilt by the extortionate prices to stay at the marina and the worst showers in the Solent. 29 degrees on the boat and a scalding shower with no temperature controls.

A quintessential British Harbour on a glorious Spring day. After much poor weather it was a joy to be by the water observing the various small and medium sized boats of all shapes and sizes. A great area to dally and relax.
lovely place to visit avoid windy days as it get a bit rough lots of sea birds to watch and lovely views of portsmouth and the napoleonic forts lovely night views on a clear night with a full moon look out for the unicorns !!
lots of water sport if that's your thing ,kids were crab fishing, walks are lovely weather permitting ,we were at nodes point so we walked down and had a water taxi £2pp only from st helens to bembridge and back but very enjoyable.
