It is well worth spending time here. There is so much to see in so small a space that it merits repeated visits so that you don't suffer from historical overload.

This is a house that was moved from its original location and created as a museum of local history. Well worth a visit for anyone interested in local history. Kids love the old boot bath upstairs.

An interesting small museum of Victorian life. A fascinating boot shaped bath is located on the upper level, reached by a steep staircase. Entry to the museum is free, so making a financial donation should be the thing to do.

A small, free museum run by volunteers with some interesting stuff. There is nothing to make you go 'wow', but it's worth half an hour of your time and deserves support.

A very small museum with free entrance (Donations requested) on two floors. The 1st floor has all the interesting paraphernalia but is hard to access if you have difficulties with steps and a low ceiling. Interesting place to visit for about ½ hour.

This tiny, free museum is full of interesting items, but the large boot-shaped bath on the upper floor fires the imagination. Filled with water it was wheeled along the street for neighbours to pop outside and have a bath. More hot water could be put...More
