Visit this museum in the heart of Herefordshire and learn about the history of cidermaking. Discover how apples were harvested, milled, pressed and the juice fermented to produce cider. Walk through the fascinating champagne cider cellars and find out how two 19th century brothers created the Bulmers empire. Visits include a free sample of cider in the gift shop. We walked out from town and the museum wasn't very busy. It does give a insight to cider making with films; photos; old machinery and a running history on the major cider makers of the day. Downstairs has more displays with some very interesting information...More

The main museum is very interesting with films and many interesting articles and artifacts. However, it's when you go down to the cellars that it is a real revelation. You see the whole process as it was. Brilliant value for the money.

Really friendly staff and interesting museum. It had quite a few interactive displays as you went round. Would definitely recommend and if you di visit make extra time fir the cafe. Had the best cream tea ever.

The cider museum tracks the development of cider from a farm yard industry it present world wide appeal . It has really interesting exhibits

Admission Fee : £5.5 I had learned that the history of cider in Hereford. Although old wooden machine was antique, They were helped many people enjoyed cider. Don't forget to taste some cider at shop & buy them home to enjoy.
