Hereford cathedral is a must-see for any visit to the city. There are many points of interest in the cathedral & several different chapels. You can combine your visit with the Mappa Mundi exhibition and perhaps a visit to the lovely cafe & gift shop.

Choir were rehearsing as we entered the cathedral and it was simply gorgeous listening to them amidst such a beautiful space. To see the Mappa Mundi was worth the £6 each as well as it is incredible to see.

Interesting talk given by guides, with great views of city and surrounding area. Three breaks as you go up the stairs which make it achievable for most. You do need to be slim though as the entrance to the belringing chamber is snug. Do wear...More

A lovely cathedral. It was stunning when the poppy display was there earlier in the year. Recommend a visit.
