I was working at the Mary Rose Exhibition for a couple of days and needed somewhere nearby for brekkie and I discovered this little gem. Hearty breakfasts, hugely dated interior, fine views across to IN A Warrior and cheap as chips. But the best part...More

Lovely to sit in the sun in this location. Unfortunately they had run out of Brie so that was replaced with cheddar in the panini and they were not melted just the bun was warmed. The gentleman working there was very friendly and helpful. Just...More

Having visited Gunwharf we were peckish so decided to look for a decent eatery. Gun wharf is full of big chain expensive places but there's some nice places just outside the dock yard. Squeezed between a pub and a hotel in this little cafe. A...More

Nicely cooked breakfast, reasonable price for the area - directly opposite the entrance to the Historic Dockyard. More toast than we could eat! Family run friendly service. There is no sign on the front but it is next to the Ship Anson.

Dont go if you have a hungry family that needs food now. Good food though. Unfortunately it isn't quite worth the long wait.

Having gone to visit St Ann’s Church - situated in the Historic Naval Dockyard - to find that it was not open, I decided to take a breather and have a cuppa at the Slipway Shop and Café. The building had a lovely atmosphere to...More
