Another display you should take time to see. The lives of the apprentices was not easy and their advancement to being tradesmen was frought with danger and hardship.

What a lovely small museum. Well laid out depicting the trades and tools used in the dockyards. Many of the tools are familiar. Well worth a visit.

Visited whilst at the Victorian Christmas market. Very interesting, with some insight into conditions of working within the various trades over time. This gives an added perspective to life at the dockyards over time..

We visited this whilst at the Christmas Market. It certainly added some extra knowledge of times gone by. The attraction really brought to life how hard apprentices worked under very harsh conditions.
