Visited today after reading reviews. Took my camera to try out new settings. Great reception by happy staff giving me a lot of useful information. On entering found birds sitting in an open area tethered to allow good up close photographs. Owl was camera shy!...More

What a great place! Doesn’t look like much when you get there but it has so many birds it’s unbelievable. The staff a knowledgeable and friendly and the talks/flying exhibitions are informative and funny. Really great day out.

Sorry no dogs allowed in to the falconry centre. However, the Arboretum, Garden Centre and Café all on the same site here at Batsford are very dog friendly.
