Tucked away just off the High Street. Beautiful stained glass and some fantastic memorials. Very helpful gentleman volunteer who made us feel very welcome and was obviously proud of his church

This church has a lovely quiet location and looks rather small however when you go inside you will be taken immediately by the stained glass especially the spectacular rose window.

We wondered why such a small church should be graced with the term Minster (strictly speaking, a place of teaching) and were given a potted history by a very helpful member of the congregation who spoke both to us and to another group. It all...More

The chuch is well worth a visit being right in the heart of Regency Cheltenham. It has interesting features including stained glass windows. There are some nice cafes near by too.

Having seen images of Cheltenham's Minster in photographs, I knew to expect a towering Church, and it didn't disappoint. I wasn't able to catch much more than a glimpse of the inside as they were closing due to the run but it does look incredible.

The church is the oldest building in the town. It's architecture is particularly varied. It is an unexpected survival in the urban scene. The surroundings require a little TLC.

Beautiful old building, stunning windows and arcetecture. Still an active place of worship with a section set aside to pray for the town.

St. Mary's in the town centre is quite exceptional, and found in quite a surprising spot, nestled between the busy High Street, and Clarence Street, where the museum and art gallery lies. It was made a minster in around 2012, and the Minster Singers were...More

This is a lovely old building with interesting architecture. Unfortunately it was closed up when we went there, and there was no indication of when we could see the inside.
