Overview
More
Prescott Hill Climb, based just outside of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, is home to one of the world's most prestigious motor racing venues. Set in 60 acres of glorious Cotswold countryside, the estate not only provides a beautiful setting for a range of classic car and bike weekends, but also hosts major motor racing championships. The Bugatti Owners Club was established in 1929 for all motoring enthusiasts regardless of what type of vehicle you drive. The Club is based at Prescott and purchased the estate in 1937, converting the muddy, rutted drive into a speed hiil climb in time for the opening rally in April 1938. The 1127 yard course rises over 200 feet via short straights, fast and slow corners and a breathtaking hairpin, with the fastest modern racing cars completing the course in an exciting 36 seconds. The action can be viewed from strategic points along the course as well as from the restaurant terrace. Visitors and competitors alike can enjoy an exhilarating days racing plus vintage cavalcades up the Hill. Whether you are a competitor, a car or bike enthusiast or someone who just likes a day out in beautiful surroundings Prescott is the place for you.

I am a photo Journalist with a rather large car magazine and cover events all over the UK. This location is most professionally run, the staff in the dining room are polite and cheerful, the staff/management of Prescott could not do enough to help.

This place is always busy but has a fantastic atmosphere of a garden party where everyone is friendly and cooperative/calm. It is similar to Castle Combe in that the pleasantness and atmosphere draws you back every time. The Hillclimb is well organised by race officials...More

I recently had a day attending the Prescott Drivers School. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day, that gave me a good insight how challenging driving the hill at speed is.
