The Cotswold Way is a little over a one hundred mile foot path extending between Chipping Campden and Bath. I only wish that we had had the time to walk more of it, but the walk between Chipping Campden and the Broadway Tower was a...More

For two years now my wife and I have hiked the Cotswolds. We have used a very convenient service to get there from Heathrow airport. We hired Khaye Gwala, a licensed taxi, who picked us up at the airport and drove us to the central...More

My 21 year old son and I (age 58) walked the whole path from Chipping Campden in 7 days. Unbelievable experience, highly recommended. Never many people on the trail with us, very few sections anything less than beautiful. Great variety of scenery as well. Would...More

Only got to spend 3 hours walking the Cotswold Way but they were a great 3 hours. Easily signposted, free - cheap parking where started/finished. The only downfall is you have to cross some busy roads with blind corners, would be nice if pedestrian crossings...More

We walked this in 7 days in early May. We encountered virtually no mud for the whole route but the paths looked as if they had been bad a few weeks before. We saw lots of wildlife and flowers. Endless bluebell woods and meadows full...More

Happy to have done but wouldn’t do again in the mud. There’s so much to see in the Cotswolds and if you are limited on time I would skip

We walked this North to South in 5 days, we didn’t quite have the weather (we walked 2 full plus 2 x 1/2 days in the mist) so didn’t really get to enjoy the views. The trail was seriously muddy/ very slippery at times, with...More

The Cotswold Way will take you through some extremely lovely areas. Long, rambling trails and wonderful countryside. If you visit in April, make sure you have good mud boots!

The guide books and signposts are almost always enough. We did go astray maybe three times on our recent hike of the whole trail and used GPS on our phones to get back quickly.
