Unfortunately we didn't feel very welcome in here. Felt like we had wandered onto the set of the League of gentlemen. Full of pissed up, obnoxious locals.

Proper traditional British pub. Had a few here and loved it. Not large but very nice beer selection. The staff are lovely and the locals are really friendly, open for a chat and cheers.

Our local... A traditional Old Town pub with a warm welcome from Ali the Landlady. With the bonus of a quiz every fortnight...we wouldn't drink anywhere else.

Excellent old style traditional pub, warm and friendly, Alison is one of the loveliest and funniest barmaids you will find anywhere, and Andee is also lovely too. Good ales, great prices too. A place for conversation and laughter. Highly recommended.
