This cliff lift was great spotless clean and if you pressed a button on the door music of school children played singing a lovely song about the lift. When you get to the top the view of hastings is spectacular.Well worth the money

Wonderful original carriages that take you from the beachfront to the top of the East and West Hills where the views and the air are sweet.Inexpensive and very popular with young families.Great country walks on the East Hill.

We went up the WEST hill station which is a short steep ride. Beautiful views at the top with a cafe for bites. There is also a children's play area up the road. Nice paths for leisurely walks including Hastings Castle.
