Britain's oldest purpose built cinema, grade II listed building. The most beautiful, arthouse, single screen cinema. Seats 274 with a luxury balcony seating area that has sofas and a royal box. Licensed to take alcohol into the screen, a range of excellent wines, artisan beers and selection of gourmet snacks and popcorn. Ideal for the perfect date! Also does weddings, live events, memorials, and available for hire. An iconic Brighton site, come for just a cup of tea or glass of wine in the bar and outside balcony.

The inside of this cinema has changed for the better. Very comfortable seating. I really enjoyed my trip down memory lane. I went to the silver screening so was given a hot drink and biscuit.
