The house is surrounded by immaculately kept gardens. The curator is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.. Buy the guidebook: informative and cheap.

The green is ideal to walk your dog and also to enjoy spending time outside. Tennis, bowling, basketball, and velodrome accessible. The velodrome access needs to be booked in advance, though. Two nice pet-friendly restaurants complete the picture!

People were very friendly and helpful and told several things about the manor. It isn't big, but worth a visit.
