It is a bit old fashioned and expensive, but small children will enjoy looking at the many well maintained tanks, a very pleasant diversion for an hour if the weather is not great.

We took our 7 year old for the afternoon out. Fish looked in good condition and well looked after. Entry price I thought was expensive for what it is. Only takes an hour to get around. Wouldn't go to this one again however the Bournemouth...More

Sorry you missed the Octonauts, the meet and greet was in Secrets of the Reef every 90 minutes. This was announced over the tanoy with several signs advertising the experience in the attraction.

Thanks for visiting. The coffee shop does not have the facility to prepare or heat food, so pre-packed products are all we can cater for I am afraid.

My young son loved it , was very educational and well worth a visit , perfect on a rainy day to entertain the children . Money also goes towards conservation , so a great cause .

What I can recall there was a drop off point at the front of the centre. I hope that’s some help.
