A nice relaxed 15 minutes walk from the pier brings you to a lovely spot at alum chine. Not as busy as Bmth beach, popular with families and kids.

Flat, accessible beach with soft sand and no rocks/pebbles/shingle to negotiate makes this an ideal - and beautiful beach - for almost everyone.

This is a well maintained beach and area. Life guards were still operating in September. The dog friendly beaches are beautifully kept. Wound definitely recommend this beach for dog owners as well.

Good facilities along the seafront. Life guards on duty. Plenty for the children to occupy themselves.
