We came to the Castlepoint shopping centre by bus. At the bus stop there were no direction sights to get to the shops via the carpark. A member of M&S staff was on the bus and she gave us directions. Our visit was short as...More

This review is not about the shops themselves rather the Castlepoint complex. Due to the building work taking place car parking is a nightmare and this is at the begining of November -goodness knows what it's going to be like as we get nearer Christmas...More

As others have said, parking is ‘interesting’! I do worry when I see all the scaffolding and netting on the underground sections. Still there’s a huge M&S plus a good size Next and TK Max. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Great shopping centre with free parking. Many different shops which should suit everyone. A few places to eat in the area as well if you get hungry from all the shopping.
