ALTITUDE High Ropes Adventure is an outdoor aerial challenge that's great fun, gets you active and builds confidence. Low Ropes, High Ropes, Zip Wire, Climbing Wall and PowerFan Descender. ALTITUDE is great for kids, families, birthday parties, schools and team building events. The ALTITUDE High Ropes Adventure course is set at two heights, with low ropes at 5 metres and high ropes at 10 metres for the more daring and adventurous. With extra features to try along the way, like the PowerFan Descender, Zip Wire and Climbing Wall, there's something for all abilities whether you're 5 or 95!

I would have the parents of the children involved sign. The form does ask your relationship to the child.
