Had a stroll on the beach with friends Saturday morning before the football game. It has a decent size pier. Well worth a visit.

Bournemouth is the best beaches of them all! With all sand rather than stones, great food and attractions on the pier and a nice clean area. It is 5/5

There are some nice beaches in the uk, but few places have such delightful gardens leading right into the town centre. Parking (outside of peak summer) is also very cheap and easy to park near to the beach

Parked above beach on road overlooking west side and walked down. Beach was very open and lovely to walk along, can use either promenade or walk along water's edge hopping over the groynes!

Lovely sandy beaches and dog friendly off season. Would definitely recommend a visit. Spoilt with lovely weather too.

It was a pleasant day in November and the beach was very nice. Plenty of sand and lots of benches to sit on and nice sea views. Lots of work being carried out near the Pier to improve the access.

Despite it being October, we had come from our holiday in Milford On Sea for the day and it was a beautiful day. The views were lovely and the pier was relaxing!! Nice little day out.

I always park at the hotel, and on average pay between 8-10 per ,24 hr period. I think the parking near beach will cost much more, that's if you can find a space
