Visited yesterday: four ‘grown ups’ out for a ceramics painting session … something different to do on a Sunday! Had a brilliant time. The welcome couldn’t have been nicer: staff all lovely, really helpful and ready to advise if needed. A vast choice of items to paint (do go upstairs for much more choice of items and for more tables... More

She then proceeded to shout across to two other assistants, ending the conversation by shouting "loser, loser" to one of them. We walked around the shop and... More

Stopped for tea and cake. Selection looked great. But millionaire shortbread tasted cheap (especially chocolate ). And my coaliac partner has had a reaction with the gluten free cake which we suspect is due to cross contamination. Shop was good but won't stop there again for cafe.

Visited last Sunday, as our granddaughter was at the local Dance school.....first up, super friendly service, I mean REAL, genuine warmth from the staff.....a lovely change from the norm you find in most places. Coffee (and there was a bewildering choice ) was gorgeous, and the fantastic home made cakes looked so tempting, we had to partake. Wonderful taste. Cafe... More

Went to China blue with a couple of friends last Saturday, lovely food and quick service. But staffing was a major issue for us. We where served by a young girl in her teens with long darkish hair , who was extremely rude, ignored us for roughly five minutes and when we did get served she was not very helpful... More

Met a client here and we hogged a table in the cafe for over 4 hours. Coffee was good, lunch pleasant enough and nobody was in a hurry to move us along. Free WIFI was useful too. If I was being picky, I would say that having food on the menu that isn't available is a bit irritating - I... More
