The building looked nice, as well as the garden around. However, there're not many shops in the pavilion... quite boring.

The Pavilion used to be a theatre and has been converted into a shopping centre which is ok, but there are too many empty units which spoils the shopping experience.

What a fantastic old building. the best bit is the historical section. It covers the development of Torquay and the Pavillion. Worth a visit. but as for the rst a little disapointing. Come on Torquay make the investment.

So many empty units these days. A sign of the times perhaps? Let's hope things improve soon as it is a great facility...

We always enjoy visiting the Pavilion with it's superb views from the attractive restaurant. The reason for reviewing it as average is because some empty shops in the Pavilion area sign of the times.
