You can drive around, but if you have the time and ability try walking around, keep an eye out for cyclists and drink in the views.

Excellent for walking and cycling. There are so many tracks to go off over the moorland it is difficult to make a choice. Lots of lovely picnic spots and of course the ice cream van!

Burrator reservoir is a couple miles from Yelverton and about 12 miles from Plymouth. It is a lovely walk of about 4miles around and takes around 90 minutes, its also well used by cyclist.
