Sadly a pleasant day spoilt by drunken or drugged up homeless men frequenting the shelters. Not a nice experience despite the park being kept pristine. Sorry to say I won't be going back there again :-(

Used daily for dog walks, great park and great festival in summer! Friendly people and flat for the old and disabled! Other parks in the area just as nice but don't have the view of the hoe and sound

I visit this park very regularly in the summer months with my wife and our 3 year old. The park has so much open space, slight gradients perfect for learning to ride a scooter or a bike. Open grass space for football, rugby, badminton, cricket...More

I have played numerous games of football here. My son has played in the well-equipped park and loves it here. There is also a freedom fields festival here which is really excellent and free.

Lovely park with a perfect sea view giving a great impression of the old town and seaport. Sitting on a bench catching the setting of the sound, Staddon heights the older houses and church spires. It may sound weak but the steady improvements made to...More
