What an amazing aquarium one of the best I've ever visited. Loved the shark tank, could've spent hours in there! The staff were helpful and knowledgeable

We took our granddaughter today, the aquarium its self was good, but the shop is a rip off - literally. My granddaughter took a fancy to one of the nemo's, so we bought one for her priced £7.99, we were charged £11.99, I questioned this...More

Expensive if you go as a family but one could spend the whole day there so it's probably value for money. There is so much to see and it's quite interactive.

We enjoyed three hours here with our daughter and granddaughters. The talks were interesting and easy for the children to follow. Lots to see. It was very crowded the day we visited. It was expensive for us all to visit. Probably the best Aquarium we...More

We had a really poor experience at this venue this last week. As a family of 3 adults and 3 children you can appreciate our ticket was quite an expensive treat, at £86.80 We expected the venue to be busy due to the poor weather....More

We are in our 60's and found the aquarium much more suited the families with small children rather than adults. Lots of wall murals, with activities for children. The exhibits were good but not outstanding. Not sure when it was built but could do with...More

This was my second time at the aquarium. I previously attended a few years back and immediately noticed that there was a whole new exhibit and that there were more talks on. Over time I did find that I was getting a bit hot and...More

The aquarium is one of my favourite places to take my grandson for a treat. It is well laid out with many exhibits. Perfect to keep children happy for a few hours

Crowded, full of screaming toddlers (we have children too...), quality of exhibits is below standard. Would not recommend it and £43.85 for 2 adults and a child is a rip off.More

Thanks for feeding back to us, we are really sorry you didn't have an enjoyable visit. It sounds like you visited on a very wet and busy day. We have won a range of awards for the aquarium and think if you gave us another...More

Thanks for the day trip recommendation. We do add and move animals to our exhibits all through the year which can provide a real interest point, but unfortunately can only afford to re-theme the tank back drops every few years.
