Fabulous location. Stunning gardens going down to the water. Very charming house staffed by friendly and helpful volunteers. Lovely Bluthner piano. Cafe serving good, homemade food - indoor and outdoor seating. My favourite NT property. An absolute gem.

Visited after promising for ages! Much better than We thought, house was interesting, gardens lovely, breathtaking views, great cafe, friendly and informative staff.. Bring your walking shoes though!!!

the lower vehicle ferry from Dartmouth to Kingswear and It takes about five minutes
