The easiest way to visit Greenway House and Gardens is by way of ferry from Dartmouth. A lovely trip up the River Dart, with an excellent commentary from the ferryman pointing out key attractions and points of interest as we journeyed on, as well as indicating some of the wildlife that resided in and on the river.

Unbeatable value for anyone who, like us, just wants to have a trip up the river from Dartmouth. Interesting but unobtrusive commentary, fabulous views and pleasant staff and a very reasonable price! Highly recommended!

Park in Dartmouth's Park 'n Ride and the drop you right at the quay. There are several different boats but look for the kiosk that is green and says Greenway as that is the most efficient and cheapest ride to Agatha Christie's house.

We went on board the Christie Bell for the value £5 per person one hour river cruise. Nice boat and interesting commentary and friendly staff. However, this does not take one hour as advertised. It is jut the ferry trip up to Greenway Quay, which takes around 20 minutes, then some passengers got off and we waited there for 10minutes,... More

The ease of use for the service is wonderful; simply ring the bell on the pontoon and your ferry comes straight to meet you. The trip between Dittisham and Greenway can take no longer than 2 minutes and is a nice ride on a well maintained little ferry boat but the price just seems crazily high even for the beck... More

Thank you for your second review - copied and pasted - We will therefore too, copy and paste our reply. Thank you Helen for taking the time to review our service.
